Meet Your Coach

The decision to work with a personal coach is a very personal choice. It is important to feel connected, understood and most importantly that you feel comfortable with your coach. The greatest progress happens when the client is able to be vulnerable enough to be completely honest with themselves, which can only happen when working with a coach who is non-judgemental, understanding and compassionate. These are values that I bring to the coaching relationship in every interaction.

I completed my Bachelors Degree in Human Development with a minor in Psychology at UC Davis. I then completed the certificate program for Professional Coaching for Life and Work through the UC Davis Extension.

What drives me is a genuine desire to be the best "me" that I can, which includes always growing and learning and staying focused on the "forward". I believe in everything happening for a reason and that all my experiences up to this point in my life have lead me to exactly this moment. My values focus around compassion and doing for others without expecting anything in return. I value fairness, prudence and most importantly compassion. My values align well with my priorities most of the time, because everything I do can almost always be boiled down to how it will benefit others. My top priority is to be genuinely happy and satisfied and to help others find that for themselves too.
